Finding the root causes and prepare corrective action plan to reduce the risk of non-compliance that could result in significant harm to the operations, finance or reputations of the factory as well as Norwest.
Monitoring all factory’s awareness of the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Labor Law and Buyers Code of Conduct.
Provide trainings and ensure the factory management on Ethical and Technical standards of local law and Buyer Standards.

Compliance normally consists of ensuring that activities undertaken agree with both the letter and the spirit of the standards, local laws and Buyers Code Of Conduct.
In the legal system, compliance usually refers to behavior in accordance with legislation.
Enforcing compliance means ensuring that the businesses adheres to the regulations stated.
The need to communicate factory information in a more accurate, consistent and expedient fashion has become paramount in Norwest; therefore we have ensured a standard for every individual factory.
